SJR14 HFIN AMT 3-5

    The Committee on Finance moves to amend the title of the bill to read as follows:

    S.J.R. 14 - “Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the State of West Virginia, amending article X thereof, by adding thereto a new section, designated section twelve, relating to the West Virginia Future Fund; prohibiting spending of principal of the fund under certain circumstances; permitting spending of investment income in the fund for certain purposes; defining investment income; numbering and designating such proposed amendment; and providing a summarized statement of the purpose of such proposed amendment.”
